The successful outcome of any final product - including both online
and print photographs - relies on using the very highest quality images
possible. The Traveling Webguys use high resolution drum scanners
to make digital copies of your visual material.
Provide us with all of your negatives, original slides (not duplicates),
and we will scan them at extremely high resolutions to create large
image files that can be used to produce the clearest images, even
in large format applications such as billboard advertising. The
images can also be scanned at lower resolutions for web use and
other multimedia presentations.
Depending upon your company's needs, we will use an appropriate
resolution and mega-byte value. For example, if you need to print
a full color 8" x 10" magazine ad, you would require a
50-megabyte file to get the necessary quality for print media. Conversely,
if the image were for web only, we would use a lower megabyte value
(around 10 megabytes).
